Our History
Dr. Joe Allotta started his travels by going on mission trips around the world. He sharpened his worldview, learned to step out of his comfort zone, and developed a passion to see the world. Allotta certainly was appreciative of all the blessings that come with growing up in America, but he also learned to appreciate other cultures.
As he started leading church and school groups on mission trips, study abroad trips, and just sight-seeing tours he saw the value of bringing students to historically significant places in the US and around the world and using these places as tools to discuss leadership concepts and principles.

4 Keys to Influential Leadership
Every trip will review all four keys, but each one will focus on a specific aspect of influential leadership. The goal is that over a 4-year timeframe each key will be discussed in-depth.
Self-awareness. Trustworthiness. Communication. Evaluation.
“Honestly this was such a fantastic trip filled with learning and gaining of new perspectives. Thank-you.”
